Plans for Front Cover
I had to come up with a title for my school magazine, so I made a spider diagram and listed all the words I could think of that related with school. After limiting my list down to 3 different names for the magazine I chose 'Rules4Schools' as I had connotations of school and contained a number which relates with mathematics. I thought this name was very catchy and had a rhyme to it therefore the audience would remember the name of my magazine.
For the mise-en-scene I decided to take a plain simple picture of a student smartly dressed in direct address. I took the photograph in medium close up and the student was standing in front of a colourful large picture of nature.
For the cover lines of my school magazine i chose to put ‘A Walk With Nature’ as my main cover line as the image indicated nature as the student was stood against a nature picture. I put 4 more cover lines around the magazine which where:
-Ice radio needs you
-Happy Halloween
-Oo La La where off to Paris
-Exclusive pictures of Weatherhead’s new canteen
